While anger is an emotion, temper is the
manifestation of anger, I suppose. Like, when we say, ‘she’s got quite a
temper! or ‘she’s short-tempered’, we’re referring to the way they show
their anger.As lesser mortals, we have to begin with showing restrain
in the manifestation of anger and then move onto the emotion itself-tho’
it wld be ideal the other way round-like addressing the root cause will
automatically make the show of anger vanish. What I’m suggesting as a
first step, is address the symptoms and once that’s under control, treat
the root cause-much like allopathy, while homeopathy will be an ideal
remedy as it treats not just the malady, but the personality as a whole.
