I happened to watch a few small films directed by film institute
students the world over as their diploma film and a few other films in
the competition and some full length feature film as well. They had a
retrospective of Kamal hassan and commemorative films based on Tagore’s
novels(2011 being Tagore’s 150th anniversary) and a special country
focus on Japan where 38 Japanese films were screened.
